A Few Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Checklist

2. Don’t just collect the information. Use it.
If you’ve been around the health and fitness world for a while, you probably already know a lot.
But knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently are two different things.
This checklist is designed to help you move from “I know I should” to “Here’s what I’m doing this week.”
3. Start with the basics that move the needle.
After 50, fat loss and strength are not about punishing workouts, skipping meals, or chasing the newest trend.
They come from building a repeatable weekly rhythm around:
Protein
Resistance training
Daily movement
Sleep and recovery
Mindset and consistency
Simple does not mean ineffective. Simple is often exactly what works.
